There are 7 genuine ways to become mentally strong.

There are 7 genuine ways to become mentally strong.
1) Face your fears
2) Take cold showers
3) Go fall in love & Let your heart be broken
4) Come out from comfort zone
5) Meditate
6) Learn about the art of stoicism
7) Accept yourself

1. Face your fears

There is a reason I have listed this as number one. This has been my all-time philosophy in life. Although it may seem simple - it’s not, it’s fucking grueling. It takes a lot of courage to stand up and confront your fears. But it’s totally worth it. Almost every positive change I have attracted in my life I owe to fighting my fears. It doesn’t even matter if you slay your fear right away. What matters is having the guts to try at it

2. Take cold showers.

Did you know cold shower bring numerous benefits to your body? They give you energy, stabilize blood pressure, speed post-workout recovery, boost the immune system, help with depression, help with weight loss and combat stress. But apart from that their best benefit is letting you test your will. Every single day you pour that cold water over your body your comfort evaporates and you mentality grows stronger as well as your body.

3. Go fall in love and let your heart be broken.

This one is a little bit odd. You don’t exactly go and fall in love whenever you want. Love is not a beer you drink at the pub. What I mean is whenever it comes, don’t hesitate, jump and fall for your partner as hard as you can. When you part ways it will hurt like hell but once you get over it you will be MUCH stronger.

4. Get out of your comfort zone (do something crazy)

I am not a psychologist at present ( Studying MSc- Psychology) . I’m not sure if my advice is scientifically backed up but it is definitely effective. Now when I see do something crazy, don’t rob a grocery store or a bank, neither sell drugs. Instead go and engage in an awkward conversation with someone on the street. Break the law in some harmless way and face the embarrassment with confidence. If that is too much for you, start small. Try a new sport, taste some new food or go to a social event. The result of all these activities will leave your mentality strengthened and fresh.

5. Meditate

Although meditation sits at number 5 in the list, it’s not less powerful than any of the other suggestions. In fact it may be the best exercises for mental toughness. The main benefit of meditation, you probably already know - it makes you calmer. This may not seem like a big thing but it is actually the cornerstone of mental strength. A man/woman who is peaceful, is also more focused, productive, vital, pleasurable for others, social and confident. If you don’t believe me try it out for yourself.

6. Learn about the art of stoicism.

I’m not a fervent fan of using books and philosophies when it comes to making a big change in life. Action is way more powerful. However finding about stoicism has really boosted my mentality. You can watch this great video, to learn about the ancient philosophy's core values:If you don’t feel like it, let me give you the main lessons:You have power over your mind - not outside events. Don’t focus on the things beyond your control.Live every day as if it were your last. You never know where the moment of death will come.Food should not be a source of pleasure Failure is natural, regret is foolish Don’t waste your time on gossip, political problems, other people or anything that is neither in your control nor in your business.

7. Accept yourself

This one is surely the toughest to achieve. Most people live their whole life in resistance with their true self. They fight with the thoughts, actions, believes and failures they project and this creates a lot of unhappiness. Don’t be that guy, accept all that comes out of you and be peaceful about it. Your ego will always try to create some kind of problem, no matter how perfect your life is. This may be under the form of an affirmation: “I’m not good enough!” “I am not pretty, smart, rich enough!” There is always that distance your mind creates between you and happiness. The only way to remove it is by embracing it all and giving yourself 100% pure love without any judgment. That’s the only road to real happiness and mental strength.

Best regards

Disability is not an obstacle for success.

Disability is not an obstacle for success.          Disability is not inability.Disability is there for only limbs and senses but not for the spirit. As long as one can possess the strong and healthy will no kind of physical ability can stop them from achieving great things provided they are courageous, determined, perservere and silliness diligent. This is true that disability is never an obstacle on the path of success . Many great people in spite of disabilities excelled in their life with their hard work, determination, courage and perseverance.       Helen killer, Stephen Hawking, Aisha Chandran, Michael stone and Nick vujicic are some great people who had not allowed their fate to have the last word. Thinking that disabilities are obstacle in the path of success is wrong. The people who have disabilities forget about their disabilities and work hard continuously to achieve their goals. By doing so they inspire other disabled...
